Episode 31 - Words and Actions
On this episode, Josh and Mike dive into how our words need to match our actions. The students in our classroom and the folks we lead in our buildings are watching and if we only spout of ideals but never back them up with actions, they ring hollow and everyone knows.
If we truly believe in the things we say we need to back up those words with actions. If we don't we lose our credibility and the trust of our students and colleagues.
So getting ready to yell your convictions into the mic and live them out in the pit.
