A phrase stuck with him during the week that "starting the school year is a process." No one has all the answers right now about this school year and that is okay. We can't expect to have all the answers for all the possibilities that this year brings up.
So whether you are starting the year remotely, hybrid, or in person...remember you're not going to have it all figured out on day one and that's okay. This is a process.
