S3 Episode 05 - Let’s Get Emo: Emotional Intelligence in Education

On this episode, Josh and Mike get emo and discuss emotional intelligence and psychological safety. How we recognize our own emotions and the emotions of other is an incredibly important part of working with students as an educator and in supporting and leading your staff as a school leader.  Growing our own emotional intelligence as educators helps us create psychological safety for our students and staff so that we can support not only the academic growth of students but the emotional growth of the kids in our care as well.

So, cuff your jeans put on your back pack and lets get emo.
