S3 Summer Conversation Series with Dr. Joy

We are back again this summer with our Summer Conversation Series! Our goal is to hit up as many educators as we can and share their response to a single summer question.

Last year we asked all our guests a question about an external goal for education. “What’s one thing you want to change about education?” This year though we are going with a more internal and reflective question. “What is one thing you want to change about yourself to be a better educator, leader, or colleague?”

On this episode, Mike sits down with Dr. Joy, a fellow EduMatch Author. Dr. Joy is the author of Joy Works and Back to Zero. She has served as a teacher, administrator, and professional learning leader. Mike and her discuss her books and her answer to the summer conversation series question.
