S4 Reflection 02 - Josh: Change is Tough but Change Can Be Good
Reflection is an important part of what we believe in here at xPRCx. Working on ourselves to be better parts of our community, better educators, and better people. If we want our scene to be one where we all get better, we need to reflect on where we are at and what we have done.
It’s a new school year and a new role for Josh Buckley. This year he is serving as an Assistant Principal at two elementary schools, splitting his time between both campuses. For his reflections this year he really wants to focus on his first year as an assistant principal and what he is feeling and working through. For this episode he is focusing on the challenge of this new change in role and how he wants to view the change and challenges it presents as an opportunity to learn and grow.
So as they say, the times they are a changing.
