S4 Reflection 08 Josh - First Year AP: Everyone Needs a Mentor

Reflection is an important part of what we believe in here at xPRCx. Working on ourselves to better parts of our community, better educators, and better people. If we want our scene to be one where we all get better, we need to reflect on where we are at and what we have done.

Josh is using his reflections this year to ponder and share his first year as an assistant principal. The ups and downs of life in the office. This week he shares about his experience with needing and meeting with his mentor this year and reflects back on how when he really needed one he found that sounding board, that coach, or that mentor who could help him navigate the challenges he faced in his career.

So, get that special person’s number ready and when you’re done listening, text them and thank them for being the person you needed.
