S5 Reflection 02 - Josh on Joining a Culture
Reflection is an important part of what we believe in here at xPRCx. Working on ourselves to better parts of our community, better educators, and better people. If we want our scene to be one where we all get better, we need to reflect on where we are at and what we have done.
For Josh’s first reflection of the year, he is talking about how he is navigating becoming a part of the culture already established on his new campus. He talks about four things he is doing to ingrain himself in the culture and add his personality and ideas to it. So, listen to him share how he is being visible, doing the work, participating, and changing it up when needed on this Punk Rock Reflection.
